Divital Patient is built to work with common smart medical devices such as compatible connected blood pressure monitors, glucose meters and scales. You can also log readings manually when a device isn't connected.
Yes. The Divital Essential plan is free and requires no credit card: unlimited connected devices, 1 year of data retained, 1 registered healthcare professional and 3 shares per year. The Divital Plus plan, at $9.99 per month or $99 per year, raises that to 3 registered professionals, 6 shares per year and 5 years of data retained, plus PDF export of your data.
From the app, you send your record of readings to the healthcare professional you have registered, by email or fax. You trigger every send yourself, and you keep a personal copy of it. The Essential plan allows 3 sends per year, the Plus plan allows 6.
No, nothing at all. Your record reaches them by email or fax, like any other document they already receive. No account to create, no software to install, nothing to change on their end.
